Cash for Kids Mission Christmas

Over 100 employees at Allay based in Haydock have donated gestures of goodwill as part of Key 103’s Cash for Kids Mission Christmas appeal this December.
The team opted out of the office’s annual secret Santa arrangements and instead each bought a gift for a child as part of the initiative, helping the charity in its efforts to collect thousands of presents to pass on to children who otherwise wouldn’t receive one.

Over 100 toys and items of clothing were purchased by Allay employees which was topped up by the businesses’ senior team, reaching a total of over 150 items.
The gifts have been donated to the Mission Christmas headquarters ahead of being distributed to little ones to make their Christmas morning special.

Simon, Floor Manager at the Allay Haydock office said: “Giving back to local charities is very important to the company, and when members of the team showed a keenness to shake up our annual secret Santa collection in aid of Cash for Kids’ Mission Christmas appeal, it was great to see all 104 of our employees in Haydock get behind the initiative.

“The collection is a fantastic example of a good cause that changes the lives of children and young people in the area, making sure it’s a special time of year for all, and we hope the gifts we have donated can help to make a difference.”
